ePCT interface redesign user testing and input-gathering activity, to be held in Geneva, on December 14 and 15, 2015. The event will be facilitated in collaboration with Information Architects (iA), Zurich.
Eight PCT users from companies in Basel, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Paris, Porto, Stockholm, Tel Aviv and Zurich have been selected to participate on the basis of their experience and with the ePCT system to date. In addition to the envisaged testing and input-gathering activities for the ePCT interface redesign, the participants will also have the opportunity to meet the staff of the PCT eServices Unit, with whom they already have regular contact regarding the ePCT system. Such face-to-face interaction will have the additional benefit of facilitating and improving interaction between users of the ePCT system and the Unit providing system support. |
