I refer to the ongoing process of the Independent Review of the Implementation of the Development Agenda Recommendations. During their recent meeting in Geneva, the Review Team (Mr. V. K. Gupta, Mr. Pedro Roffe and Mr. Gift Huggins Sibanda) finalized the inception report, following its presentation to the Member States and WIPO Staff. As a next step, the Review Team needs to interview focus groups of Member States, WIPO staff, accredited Inter-Governmental Organizations and Non-governmental Organizations, and beneficiaries.
For this purpose, it is purposed that Mr. V. K. Gupta, Mr. Gift Huggins Sibanda undertake a five-day visit to Geneva, from November 16 to 20, 2015, in order to allow the review team to conduct the above-mentioned interviews. The third expert, Mr. Pedro Roffe resides in Geneva. |
