The Cluster A3 of the above work plan relates to “providing experts to countries to address gaps or lack of expertise including in human resource matters, developing examiner manuals, advanced examiner or hearing officer training, undertaking public education and awareness activities and IT automation and support to IP offices and other IP institutions such as CMOs”. Under the said Cluster, there is a planned expert mission to Myanmar to provide training on financial forecasting, income projection and on development of a human resource strategy for the national IP office. |
