Visit of a High Level Delegation from Jamaica |

The objective of the visit is to allow the Minister and other officials of the Government of Jamaica to participate in the Opening of the Genral Assemblies and hold discussions with the Director General and other high level officials of WIPO, on Jamaica's strategic plan of action in the development of their intellectual property rights system and WIPO's technical support as preparation is made towards accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), The Hague Agreement and the Madrid Protocol in the coming year. Jamaica will be the host country for the upcoming Ministerial Meeting and the Delegation will also raise issues concerning that event. |
