Further to a letter from the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania requesting the assistance of WIPO in the review of the current Copyright law.and correspondences between the WIPO Secretariat and the Government of Zanzibar in relation to the review of Zanzibar’s Copyright law, WIPO provided comments to the amending texts and it is now proposed to organize the final Working Session at the WIPO Headquarters in Geneva for four officials, namely two from Zanzibar and two from Tanzania.
This activity is jointly organized by the Regional Bureau for Africa and the Copyright Law Division on a 50% cost sharing basis. |
