Title: Follow-up Program to the Tenth Training and Advisory Program on Intellectual Property Rights in the Global Economy for the Least Developed Countries (LDCs
Description: The approved memorandum for the November 2013 meeting is attached for ease of reference. Following consultations with the Government of Uganda, it is proposed to organize the follow-up to the Training Program in Kampala, Uganda, from May 25 to 30, 2014. The letter of March 5, 2014, confirming the commitment of the Government of Uganda to host the follow-up meeting of the Training Program is attached. The main purpose of the Follow-up Training Program is to share relevant experiences among the participants on the performance of individual country projects identified during the Training Program in Stockholm, in November 2013, and to formulate action plans for the future. The provisional program, the cost estimate (Budget Program LDCs 0035-P1248) and the list of participants are attached. With the exception of the cost related to participants from WIPO and expenses for reception and other minor miscellaneous expenses, the entire program is financed by Sida.
