The objective of the fellowship program is to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the participants on topical issues in the field of industrial property, primarily by providing them with an opportunity for independent research on subjects of their choice. During consultations with the JPO, it was agreed that two fellowships would be offered in 2014 under this program, one each to Cambodia and Viet Nam. |
