As requested by the second session of the Working Group, the International Bureau will review the proposal for amendment of Rule 5 of the Common Regulations under the 1999 Act and the 1960 Act of the Hague Agreement concerning irregularities in electronic communications, taking into account the comments made by the delegations concerning their experiences at the national level.
4. Furthermore, the establishment of a mechanism in the Hague system to handle priority documents and certain types of documents under Rule 7(5)(f) and (g) of the Common Regulations may be necessary. |
