Mr. Zaurbek Albegonov, Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent), Russian Federation, invited the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to participate in and to deliver a TISC presentation at the second TISC Congress in Russia. The TISC Congress will be held from September 25 to 26, 2013. It is recalled that WIPO participated already last year at the First TISC congress in Russia, St. Petersburg.
The objective of the participation in the Congress is to promote WIPO’s TISC project and support access to technology for innovation and more specifically to continue developing the close cooperation between WIPO and Rospatent with regard to the implementation of the TISC project in the Russian Federation. |
