Title: WIPO National Seminar on Copyright and Collective Management of Rights
Description: At the initiative of H. E. Mr. Esen Aydogdyev, the Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan in Geneva, and at the request of the Patent Department, Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan, to WIPO to organize the WIPO National Seminar on Copyright and Collective Management of Rights in Ashgabat, from June 4 to 5, 2013. The objective of the seminar will have as its main objectives to deepen the understanding of the importance of copyright, models and functions of Collective Management Organizations. The legal framework will be analyzed at international and national levels.
