Title: Study-visit of five Lebanese Particiapants to WIPO Headquearters
Description: In a memorandum of October 18, 2011, a National Seminar on Intellectual Property, Traditional Knowledge and Cultural Heritage due to take place in Beirut, Lebanon on November 24 and 25, 2011 was approved. The National Seminar was subsequently postponed on two occasions due to a delay caused by new WIPO internal regulations and subsequently due to the security situation in Lebanon in September 2012. It is now proposed to hold a study visit for five Lebanese participants to WIPO headquarters on April 29 to May 1, 2013, in place of the National Seminar initially envisaged.
