As part of our tailored promotion strategy, the organization of a study visit regarding the Geneva (1999) Act for delegates from some countries or international intergovernmental organizations is foreseen this year.
Firstly, it could help us in our plan to terminate the 1934 Act and focus the system solely around the Geneva (1999) Act. As you are aware, the Hague Union comprises some inactive members that remain bound exclusively by the 1934 Act and/or the 1960 Act.
