Earlier this year, the Direct General agreed to a request from the Director GHeneral of the Icelandic Office, Ms. Erlingsdottir, for the organization of a seminar on the Hague sytem in Reykjavik. Iceland was one of the first Contracting PArties to the Geneva Act and, despite an obvious growing design activity as explained in Ms. Erlingsdottir's letter, a Hague-related event has yet to be organized there by WIPO. |
