Reference is made to the participation in PCT promotional activities of
Mrs. Bidwell, PCT Consultant. In the course of 2011, Mrs. Bidwell participated in 14 PCT events held in North America, organized under the auspices of WIPO.
Given the now well established new budgetary system and so as to avoid creating an event request for each promotional activity in which Mrs. Bidwell is envisaged to participate in 2012, we should like to propose the creation of a single event request for the whole of 2012 for
Mrs. Bidwell’s activities. The estimated cost calculated for this single event request is based on the projection of expenditures which are envisaged for 2012 vis-à-vis this consultant (not including salary related expenses). The amount proposed for this next year remains the same as that proposed and approved for 2011. The sum set aside for Mrs. Bidwell’s activities should therefore be USD 20,000. |
