Financing of a study visit of two officials to an international depositary authority (IDA) under the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure, in view of the intended establishment of the first IDA in South America. It is proposed that WIPO organize and finance a three-day study visit for two Chilean officials to the Leibniz Institute DSMZ-German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures (DSMZ) in Braunschweig, Germany which is Europe’s largest IDA. |
