Professor Martin Senftleben is the main author of the study on trademarks and the public domain that was commissioned as part of the Development Agenda Project on the public domain. His presence at the forthcoming ninth meeting of the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIPI), to be held in Geneva from May 7 to 11, 2012, to which the study will be presented, would be highly desirable, in particular to enable Mr. Senftleben to answer any questions raised by delegations. |
