In support of the process of modernization and setting up of IP Offices in some Portuguese-speaking African countries (Angola, Cape Vert and Sao Tome and Principe), in the framework of the IP Development Plans, it was discussed and agreed with the Global Infrastructure Sector, that Mr. Jorge Alvim, IT expert from Portugal, will undertake missions to those countries.
