SCT/26 opened on October 24 and had made steady progress until its sudden adjournment on the midday of October 27, due to the fire alarm. In particular, SCT/26 has already dealt with items 1 through 5 (in part) of the Agenda (copy attached), although, due to the unexpected interruption of the session, the Chair was unable to present his final conclusions on the main items. A general note on SCT/26 is attached for reference.
