The purpose of the Forum (April 7 to 8, 2011) is to provide senior policy makers, government officials, parliamentarians, representatives from industry, Research and Development (R&D) institutes, the Academia as well as the business sectors, an occasion to exchange views and share experiences with international and national speakers with a view to facilitate a better understanding of the various aspects of IP and its contribution to development. The attached national policy forum draft program provides the principal themes for discussions.
