The main objective of the advanced course is to enhance IP knowledge and update government officials on new emerging issues of IP rights under debate in WIPO and WTO. It will also provide a forum for discussion on IP issues and illustrate the importance of IP for capacity building and national development. In addition, the workshop will offer to government officials the opportunity to share relevant experiences between themselves and more importantly with WIPO and WTO officials. |
