The Government of Indonesia is holding the second meeting of Like-Minded Countries on an international instrument(s) for the protection of genetic resources, traditional knowledge and folklore. The meeting is scheduled to take place in Bali, Indonesia from June 27 to 30, 2011. This meeting is intended to identify issues of convergence, and outstanding issues, in preparation for the nineteenth session of the WIPO Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore (IGC 19). WIPO has been invited to make a presentation on the developments in the IGC and the way forward.
