The aim of the Workshop is to provide strategic knowledge of the patent system and practical training on the drafting of patent applications and particularly on the different strategies of designing claims. This Workshop is developed following the structure and content of the WIPO Patent Drafting Manual.
The Workshop would be followed by a two-month distance learning course during which the participants would practice drafting patent claims oriented by one Tutor. Certificates would be awarded to those having completed both the workshop and the distance learning course. |
