The purpose of this mission will be twofold: to discuss with high-level national authorities the details of the implementation of the WCT, WPPT, Beijing and Marrakesh Treaty into national legislation (process in final phase) and to collect information from various stakeholders on the setting up of collective management societies with a view to develop a relevant draft regulation (this latter has been discussed and agreed on with Mr. Muller and Ms. Huss) |
