Title: 1. To validate the testing plan for IPAS version 3.1.2. 2. To initiate the testing of IPAS version 3.1.2 UAT12 in the areas of Trademarks, Patents, Industrial Designs and Utility Models. 3. To provide guidance and make refinements in the workflow of patents in view of the implementation of the second publication upon grant. 4. To assess and validate the progress of the project of digitalization of the complete Patents and Trademarks back file. 5. To revise the progress on the upload into the IPAS EDMS of daily received documents either by e-filing and paper form, covering new applications and subsequent documents. 6. To assess the progress of the daily upload into the EDMS of the office documents currently signed manually, in view of a future electronic signature approach. 7. To deploy the latest version of WIPO-Publish. 8. To configure the WIPO-Publish to allow the office to be a provider of patent documents for WIPO-CASE 9. To train the local support team on WIPO-Publish. 10. To validate and initiate the project to allow the office to participate in WIPO CASE as provider of patent documents. 11. To define and validate the mechanism allowing the access of external experts to Patents documents from the system SGP.
