Mr. Mykola Paladii, Chairman, State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine (SIPS), requested the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to contribute to the organization of the Annual International Conference on Actual Problematic Issues of Intellectual Property, to be held in Yalta, Ukraine, from September 12 to 16, 2011, and to organize in the framework of the Conference, in cooperation with SIPS, a WIPO Section on Development of IP Policies for Universitites in Countries in Transition.
The objective of the requested Section will be to exchange and share best practices on issues related to the development of IP policies at universities in countries in transition. |
