Following WIPO’s assessment mission to Algeria (May 10 to 12, 2011) to launch Development Agenda Project DA_10_05 in the last pilot country, it was decided, in line with the approach followed in the other pilot countries, that the services of both a national coordinator and an international consultant would be required for the successful implementation of the project methodology.
