The visit is aimed at starting the activities related to the establishment of the Intellectual Property Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) System in the Republic of Serbia. Namely, the ADR System with the IPO would be a step forward to improvement of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) Enforcement provided in the Strategy of IP Development of the Republic of Serbia from 2011 to 2015.
The visit is also aimed at discussing the progress of the implementation of the Strategy of IP Development based on the September 2014 evaluation report, the priorities for 2015, and other issues in line with the 2015 Work Plan. |
