Description: Heads of IP Office Conference, June 29-30, 2015, Tokyo:
The objectives are to: (i) sensitize new DG’s to the world of IP and provide executive learning to increase their understanding of IP and development; (ii) discuss the implementation strategy of WIPO technical assistance to focus on sustainability; (iii) provide the secured environment for exchange of views and learning for heads of IP offices; and (iv) facilitate south-south cooperation by building stronger ties among heads of IP offices in the region.
A visit to Tsukuba Science City will take place on July 1, 2015.
