On October 7, 2015, during the meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO I, together with Mr. Gribkov, discussed this issue with the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan. I informed you of this discussion and we discussed further the way forward on October 20, 2015. (Please see copy of mail of October 21, 2015, attached.) Since then and following your agreement I have conveyed to the National Center for Patents and Information (NCPI) of Tajikistan our readiness to participate in such a meeting which is expected to take place on February 22, 2016 |
