This Memorandum seeks your approval for the organization of the on-site training of Mr Bouna Manell Fall, Director General of "the Senegalaise du Droit d'Auteur ", (SODAV ) at the Office Algérien des Droits d'auteur (ONDA),in Algiers, Algeria from May 23rd to june 1st., 2016.
This training is required as this will be the first exposure of Mr. Manell Fall to the functioning of a collective mananagement organization.
Mr Bencheickh, the Director General of ONDA has kindly agreed to organize the training of the senior executives in the various departments of the society.
The choice of ONDA is justified by the fact that this multidisciplinary organization is currently the most advanced in terms of collective management operations in Africa and has experience in training staff from other African CMO's.
A draft cost estimate is attached.
