Taking into account the success of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Workshop last year with the support of the WIPO Office in China, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) of China has offered to host a Workshop on Mediation and Arbitration of Patent Disputes in Beijing, on June 21, 2017.
The event aims to further promote understanding of IP ADR and the use of WIPO ADR clauses and services in China and the region.
