I refer to the memo signed on May 19, 2016 concerning the hiring of an Expert to undertake the evaluation of the Development Agenda (DA) Project on Intellectual Property (IP) and Design Management for Business Development in Developing and Least Developed Countries (LDCs). According to the established practice, once the project has reached its completion stage it has to be evaluated by an independent evaluator and the evaluation report should be presented to the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP).
