The objectives of the proposed mission are as follows:
-Given the degree of activity undertaken with new suppliers, work towards strengthening communication
-Strengthen team spirit by onsite presence
-Simulate a sense of competition amongst the suppliers
-Health check of current operations as well as 24/7 support
-Knowledge share of ePCT and business importance of this initiative
-Gain appreciation of the range of testing and software quality assurance services offered and solutions provided to other clients
-Gain insight into offshore software quality management systems, practices, process improvement and metrics,
-Observe use of offshore practices/tools possible adoption at WIPO. |
