The Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) will take place from November 14 and 18, 2016. This year the theme of the UN Joint Event will be "Migration and Entrepreneurship", which will illustrate how can diaspora be leveraged to support sustainable development and promote entrepreneurship in home country and how can it become a source of economic empowerment and self-employment of (return) migrants, refugees and displaced people. WIPO has identified Dr. Ernest Miguelez as an excellent option to speak on this issue. |
