1. I refer to the Independent Review of the Implementation of the Development Agenda Recommendations (copies of previous memoranda of December 8, 2014, April 1, 2015 and August 9, 2016 attached).
2. According to the Terms of Reference (ToR) approved by the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP) at its Fourteenth session (copy attached), the Leader of the Review Team is required to present the final Review to the Committee. Accordingly, it is proposed that Mr. V.K. Gupta, Lead Evaluator, should undertake a three-day visit to Geneva, from November 1 to 3, 2016. |
