In view of the fact of Mr. Bisson’s visit to China is a great chance for WOC and him to share information and insights on The Hague System in China, it is proposed that WOC organize in its own premises a half-day Roundtable after the ID5 Annual Meeting (November 3) for further promoting the progress of China’s accession to the Hague Agreement and boosting back-door filings in China. During the roundtable, Mr. Bisson will be invited to make a presentation about the Hague System, e.g. the advantages and latest developments of The Hague System, including the accession of the Republic of Korea, the United States of America and Japan, and answer the questions and concerns from IP stakeholders in China about The Hague System. |
