Considering the mandate of WOC, it is envisaged that all staff in WOC be well versed with all WIPO service systems and multi-functional in program implementation. Two National Program Officers (Ms. Zhang Junqin and Ms. Deng Yuhua) joined WOC team recently. Considering the high demand for in depth professional knowledge and practical skills about the global IP service systems, there is urgency for them to be trained about the actual operation of these Systems at the HQ, the skills about electronic tools in particular. |
