In order to market the services of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center Mr Castro and DG participate in occasional sessions organized by so-called "Greater Geneva IP Network". This Network mostly consists of in-house counsel based in the Geneva region, representing such companies as Chanel, DuPont de Nemourss, Japan Tobacco,Nestlé and Procter and Gamble. THis meeting will include an opportunity for the Center to share with this relevant group its experiences and coexistence disputes. |
