• To enhance skills of senior officials of Caribbean intellectual property offices for better handling of trademark examination procedures, in order to put in place a harmonized and integrated regional system of examination for trademarks;
• To discuss new trademark issues faced by the Caribbean offices and to provide means for responding to the new challenges; and
• To produce a Trademark manual that can be used as a reference point by the national IP Offices. |
