The objectives of this project (hereafter referred to IP office diagnostic project) are to: (i) undertake a comprehensive strategic review of the IP offices’ mandate, and their legal, institutional, human resource and operational frameworks; and, (ii) provide a detailed report with appropriate recommendations for IP offices to consider and implement so as to enable them to achieve their mandates more effectively and to improve their services.
