The objective of this preparatory meeting will be to meet with Mr. Lu Guoqiang, Director General, Shanghai IP Administration, and Mr. Yan Rui, Division Director, to discuss the budget, program, organizational responsibilities and deadlines, as well as other substantive matters, together with Mr. Hongbing Chen, Director of our WIPO office in Beijing. A visit to the Conference venue and other facilities will also be programmed.
