The Global Challenges Seminar “Patents and the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines (18th Edition): Clarifying the Debate on IP and Access” on April 12, 2016 is planned as a side event of the 17th Session of the WIPO Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP), which will take place at WIPO Headquarters, from April 11 to 15, 2016.
The MLEM report will be presented by the two authors Mr. Reed F. Beall and Professor Amir Attaran. The event will be moderated by Mr. Bombelles (see draft program attached to the approved memo). |
