As you are aware, the work plan for 2016 of the Hague Registry envisages the holding of a sixth session of the Working Group on the Legal Development of the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs. Circular C.N 3645 Rev. foresaw that this session would take place from June 20 to 22, 2016.
2. At present, under the Hague System legal framework it is not possible to amend the indications concerning the identity of the creator, for example, a change in the name or address of the creator. The Working Group will continue its discussion in the sixth session concerning the proposed amendments to Rules 21 and 26 of the Common Regulations Under the 1999 Act and the 1960 Act of the Hague Agreement on the basis of a new document taking into account the different positions expressed by delegations in the fifth session.
