Informal Information session for participants in IGC 29 |

We refer to the approved memorandum of January 6, 2016 (see enclosed) on the arrangements for the Twenty-ninth Session of the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resource, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore (IGC) where the holding of an Informal Information Session before the Twenty-ninth Session of the IGC is proposed, as we have previously done for other sessions, including the Twenty-eighth session of the IGC and the three Intersessional Working Groups (IWGs).
As before, the session would be informal and open to all Geneva-based representatives of Member States.
Interpretation into and from English, French and Spanish would be provided. The Informal Information Session would be planned to allow for a brief discussion on the content of the main documents of IGC29.
We propose to hold the briefing session on January 28, 2016, in Room NB 0.107. The session would commencing at 10.30 a.m., and is expected to end at 12.00. |
