Zero Tolerance Policy for Gifts/Hospitality and Supplier Code of Conduct

In line with the United Nations Procurement Policy WIPO has a “zero tolerance” policy and does not accept any type of gift or any offer of hospitality. WIPO expects its Suppliers not to offer any gift or any offer of hospitality.  All items received from vendors, even of nominal value, will be returned to the vendor or donated to charity.  A proposed WIPO Supplier Code of Conduct is published in this site (click here) and is expected to take effect in the near future.  It elaborates WIPO policies concerning relationships with suppliers.
