| Abstract: | Apparatus (10) to generate steam comprising a boiler (12) containing the water to be evaporated, a containing body (27) for the boiler (12), heating members (13) associated with the containing body (27) in order to heat the water contained inside the boiler (12) and transform it into steam. The containing body (27) comprises a fixed part (29) wherein the heating members (13) are arranged, a mobile part (30) associated with the fixed part (29) movable between a closed position, where it holds the boiler (12), and an open position, where it allows the boiler (12) to be removed from the containing body (27), and closing elements (32, 33, 35) able to be activated selectively in order to constrain or release the mobile part (30) with respect to the fixed part (29). | |||||||||||
