(EN) The invention relates to a novel compound containing silymarin and Carbopol® for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. The inventive compound morphologically and structurally regenerates the damaged part of the pancreatic tissue in diabetes mellitus and regenerates the insulin-producing pancreatic cells (&bgr; cells). In this way, the compound regulates the serum levels of said hormone. Moreover, the compound restores and maintains normal blood glucose levels concentrations. (ES) La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo compuesto que contiene Silimarina con Carbopol® para el tratamiento de la Diabetes Mellitus. Este compuesto regenera morfológica y estructuralmente el daño que se presenta en el tejido pancreático en la Diabetes Mellitus, regenera las células pancreáticas productoras de insulina (células &bgr;). Por lo tanto regula los niveles séricos de esta hormona. Así mismo, restaura y mantiene las concentraciones normales de la glucosa sanguínea. | |||||
