(EN) The electrolysis cathode may be connected to a current source in common with an anode in a galvanic bath for carrying out a galvanic electrolysis. The electrolysis cathode is embodied as a transverse support, arranged above the galvanic bath for electrical connection with at least one supply rail and a cathode made of metal, which may be dipped in the galvanic bath. The cathode sheet is embodied with a rolling direction essentially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the transverse support. (DE) Die Elektrolysekathode ist gemeinsam mit mindestens einer Anode in einem galvanisches Bad zur Durchführung einer galvanischen Elektrolyse an eine Stromquelle anschliessbar. Die Elektrolysekathode ist aus einem oberhalb des galvanischen Bades zur elektrischen Verbindung mit mindestens einer Versorgungsschiene anordbaren Querträger und einer in das galvanische Bad eintauchbaren Kathode aus Metall ausgebildet. Das Kathodenblech ist mit einer Walzrichtung ausgebildet, die im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längsachse des Querträgers verläuft. | ||||||||||||||||||
