Abstract:

(EN) A prokaryotic vector contains a controllable expression control sequence that may be repressed by the tetracycline resistance gene repressor. Also disclosed is a prokaryotic cell transformed by this vector and the use of the vector or cell in a process for producing polypeptides in prokaryotes by genetic engineering.

(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen prokaryontischen Vektor, der eine regulierbare Expressionskontrollsequenz enthält, die durch den Repressor des Tetracyclin-Resistenzgens reprimierbar ist, eine mit diesem Vektor transformierte prokaryontische Zelle und die Verwendung des Vektors oder der Zelle in einem Verfahren zur gentechnischen Herstellung von Polypeptiden in Prokaryonten.
