(EN) Device for controlling the flow of a fluid, particularly a biological fluid, characterized in that the stem (E) of the valve system (E, D) comprises means for starting the loosening of the sealed tightening sleeve (D) of the valve stem (E), under the effect of the pressure of the fluid of which the flow is controlled by said valve stem. The invention also proposes alternatives of the valve stem, each of them being provided with the above mentioned loosening starting means. Some of those alternatives may be applied to devices for repeatedly injecting drugs. Application to prosthetic organs as well as to therapeutic treatment devices. (FR) Dispositif de commande de l'écoulement d'un fluide, notamment d'un fluide biologique, caractérisé en ce que la tige (E) du système de soupape (E, D) comporte des moyens d'amorce du desserrage de la gaine (D) de serrage étanche de la tige de soupape (E), sous l'effet de la pression d'un fluide, dont l'écoulement est contrôlé par ladite tige de soupape. L'invention propose également des variantes de la tige de soupape chacune d'entre elles étant pourvue des moyens d'amorce du desserrage précités. Certaines de ces variantes s'appliquant aux dispositifs d'injection répétée de médicaments. Application aux organes prothétiques ainsi qu'aux dispositifs de traitement thérapeutique. | |||||||||||
